New Mexico LLCs

Rosie Enriquez During week days, I am usually online from 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., Pacific time. (Weekends and holidays, intermittently.) If what follows is not clear, please send me an e-mail. If I am out for lunch or at an evening meeting, please be patient. You will almost always get an answer from me the same day, Monday through Friday. (Weekends may be slower.) Pre-formed ("shelf") New Mexico LLCs: Since the list is constantly changing, please first e-mail me for the current list of NM LLC names. If you see a name on the list that you like, quickly ask me to put it on hold. Then, if you wish to go ahead and order, specify whether you plan to order online with a credit card, or if you prefer to mail me cash, check or money order. I will then reply with the order blank and instructions you need. As you will see, I am a great believer in SIMPLICITY.
Orders received for shelf LLCs by 2:00 p.m. Pacific time (M - F) will go out to you the same day via Priority Mail. A New Mexico shelf LLC is $397.
Custom (special order) New Mexico LLCs:
If you prefer to choose your own name for your New Mexico LLC, please note that NM requires a valid street address for your "principal place of business." Since your aim is privacy, it is assumed you do not want your true home address to be posted as the principal place of business on New Mexico's public Web site.

Mixed orders:
If you order both shelf and custom LLCs at the same time, all will be priced at $397. The above prices are valid until April 30, 2010

Send me an e-mail [senorita (at) canaryislandspress (dot) com] and either ask me for a current list of shelf LLCs, or give me the name you'd like for a custom LLC so I can check with NM as to availabliity.
